K9 Nose Work | Saturday, April 25th
Our Nose Work seminars are a fun and educational opportunity for you and your dog to dive into the exciting sport of K9 Nose Work, using food searches to teach the foundations of the game. We will focus on foundational and intermediate concepts and to build hunt drive, confidence, independence, and problem-solving skills. Handlers will also learn how to observe and interpret their dog’s behavior when encountering odor, setting the groundwork for successful future training and competition.
Our Intermediate and Advanced workshops are taught by Jessica Dinowitz, a Certified Nose Work Instructor through the National Association of Canine Scent Work, who specializes in competitive Nose Work instruction. She trains and competes using a systematic, positive-reinforcement approach. Jessica actively trials her own dogs across multiple venues, earning titles in Nose Work and other canine sports, and brings practical, competition-tested experience to every seminar she teaches.
